Our mission at Elyn Bres is to help clear your mind and restore balance in your life with mindfulness coaching, meditation and cognitive training.

Dr Alan Jones, PhD, FRSA is the founder and director of Elyn Bres. He brings over 30 years of direct experience of helping people, teaching, mind coaching and cognitive approaches to the table.

 

He is a Senior Member and Supervisor with ACCHP; an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer, DeBono Accredited Thinking Skills Consultant and an Accredited Mindfulness Teacher
